Default Photoshop help...learning
I am playing around with photoshop 7 and I am trying to outline the car, but I want to deselect the windows and headlights. How should I go about doing this???

when using any of the selection tools use shift to add to it and alt to subtract it.

that wasn't working for me, but I figured it out. I used the quick mask thing to deselect everything (windows, lights, etc) Thanks for look and replying though.

are you using the magic wand tool? If so make sure you select the proper outline
