i just picked up a set of apexi n1 spec 99 coilovers form the local junkyard. Does anyone know how to set the stiffness on them, if they can be set. Thanks in advance.

how good a quality are those coils?

 

they came off of a red si that car was totaled. and they seem to be in very good cond. other than a few scratchs here and there.
