rear wiper delete ??

rear wiper delete ??
Has anyone taken off the rear wiper of there H/B ?? ( I'm sure people have ). I wanna take mine out, but don't want it to look ghetto. What did you use to plug the hole ? Pics ?

why would you wanna take it off. Unless it's not functional. Please dont tell me weight reduction..... 
, anyways. when i took mine off to replace the blades it looked ghetto. So... in conclusion, Keep it on if it works! It will become usefull on rainy days. and it adds style not ricerness if you take it off and plug it up.

It weighs probably 3 lbs. Not worth removing for weight reduction. I had my broken one in there for years. I just finally replaced it with a working one from the junkyard. When its rainy or snowy or something its a good thing to have.

I was thinking just for looks..
Me ricer ?? Fully stock looking car.... 13psi SOHC turbo... Full Si interoir swap with integ center console...
The engine is pretty nice, the interoir is really nice, but the ouside still needs some love... I just perfer the smooth-clean look vs the KAZAM body kits etc. A lot of GTi guys remove the rear wiper.. Hopefully my focus will be totaled, I'm thinking 20th Anv. GTi 1.8T,

Just remove the wiper, find a bolt that fits into the grommet, spraypaint the bolt black, and stick it in there. Ghetto-fabulous. It shouldn't leak (especially if you put a nut on the bolt and tighten it down
) and it doesn't look conspicuous - you'd only know it was like that if you were specifically looking for it.
Or search the junkyard for a wiperless car and take its wiper plug.
Or call up Honda and ask what the plug costs, it's probably like less than a dollar.
