Default Hit and run....on my car

Came out from school today and found my bra ripped off and front end hit. I assume it was backed into. I'll post up pics tonight. The ****** hit me sometime after lunch and before school was over, and didnt care to stick around.

I really would like a jdm front end, but the light housings dont seem to be damaged, just a shredded bumper. Anything I should be checking out?

well if youre having your insurance pay for damages, why not get a hammer and give your usdm ft end a face lift?

Wingless......

It's BANZAI not "bonzai" which you may be confusing with "bonsai". Bonsai are those little itty bitty trees that are hundreds of years old that are pruned to grow that way.

BPR - who really digs bonsai

Wouldn't that qualify as insurance fraud?

that would qualify for insurence fruad but who cares. no really dont want to sound mean but you pay an insane amount of money to insure the R. so what the hell just give a hammer to your friend and tell him to make it look like someone hit it. then jdm front end you get.

Why do you think insurance costs so much? I'm sure that in part it's because of fraudulent claims!!! Jeeeee-zus! Think about it. Does anyone actually think that the money just comes out of some big corporation?!?! Where the hell do you think they get the money? FROM US!!! FROM ALL OF US!!!

The more bad claims, the more they have to boost the rates to cover them. In stealing from the insurance company, you would be stealing from all of us.

You better make it look very realistic. The Insurance Adjusters are not stupid. They have seen them all and are on the lookout for fraudulent claims. These guys know what damage is normal for every type of accident. If they get suspicious, they can delay payment and might even decide to prosecute you and not pay. I guess you won't need the car fixed anyway, if you are in jail.

What about just turning it in to insurrance to get a check for the actual damage. If it is a lot, then fork out a little bit from your own pocket, add it to the check from the insurrance company, and boom - JDM front end. All legal, no worries.

i understand that we all have to pay for it but hell it cant get any higher then me paying 2500 a year for a car that is only worth 24000 bucks!!!!! thats fu#king 10% of the cost of my damn car i have to pay per year for insurence. Also yes the insurence guys do know there **** but this is what you do. just leave the car off and push it into a wall (leave the car off because of the airbags). there you go broken housings and all. it was a hit and run so its going to be your fault anyhow just tell him you hit a wall.

trust me, it can get worse than 2500. i was paying close to 4 grand at 1 point. Insurance cost so much for your own benefit. What if you hit someone walking across the street. That is going to be in the hundreds of thousands if not millions for settlement if you paralized the pedestrian. You have to look at the large scheme of things. Not just a car.
