Default Jan Honda Challenge AZ (Cali drivers please read)

For those of you that don't know me, my name is Danny. I am the Honda Challenge Director for AZ.

We would love to make out first race of the series successful and have as many as you California drivers as possible come out. As you may have seen already we are offering a special to California drivers only. Race the whole weekend for $175. This will include a split track on Sunday as well. This will be a great opportunity for testing, tuning, and just some great racing.

For those of you that need somewhere to stay I can have a couple people stay at my place and I’m sure I can make arrangements at another house or two for people to stay.

The date for this event is the 17th and 18th, so register soon!!

There will also be $500 worth of prize money from Landspeedracing.com distributed at this event!!

Update on prize money. It will be redemable at Landspeed racing and the distribution is not determined yet. Class sizes will have a big factor on that.

...and I'm an autoholic.

"HI DANNY."

Seriously, I'd love nothing more than to clinch the first win of the season and collect my prize $$ uncontested, but I think it'd be even more fun to actually have some RACING here! We, here in the valley, hear the praises of you Cali drivers all the time and I love to see good drivers drive so get your asses registered and come on out.

The track rocks, the weather's perfect, the people are class acts and I have a couch

Hi Danny,
Thank you for the very generous offer. I wish that I could come and support the launch of the new chapter. And I know a lot of the WCHC guys would like to go and run with you guys. I think right now its just tough because a lot of our cars are torn down to get them ready for this season. Our first race isn't for 2 more months and after that we have a race every month. So now is really the only chance we have to tackle the big stuff.
Plus its going to be hard to get much crossover between the chapters. They are having the same problem on the east coast. Most drivers have to choose between racing all over different regions or going for their own local championship.
Have fun out there next weekend. I hope I can come out and run with you guys soon.
