Anyone heard of this problem. Automatic Accord EX (EX-R Canada) hesitates between 1500 and 3500 rpm. There is no acceleration and the car feels like it is struggling even though the accelerator is in the same position. Above 3500 no problem. Happens in all gears. Been happening for 3 years off and on and only happens sometimes, even sometimes in the same trip...comes and goes. Last visit to the dealership said I needed a new o2 sensor but I had 3 in the last 3 years. Rewired the o2 wiring harness twice. Could the harness be the problem? Have noticed that it seems to happen more in hot weather than cold weather and sometimes gas from different companies seems to cause it more so than others.

Please any help. The dealership doesn't know what they are doing.
