Default Euro cluster swap

Well I acquired a euro cluster and want it to work in my 01 R.

I know I will have to swap the back film piece, either that or swap the guages themselves.

All that is solved, but how do I remove the carbon bezel without breaking it? Mike M told me there are 6 screws and then those plastic tabs, but is there any type of glue holding the carbon bezel down? Or is it just unscrew the screws and then pop the tabs?

I need to make sure I don't break either of them. I know this is not an uncommon topic, but all of the posts I looked through had no pics or detailed instructions. Thanks in Advance. I'd rather ask now and feel like an idiot, then ask after I break it and then feel like an idiot.

no glue, unless glued by previous owner.
