Default zc swap question

i got a real good deal on a dohc zc block w/ a complete wiring harness. it doesnt com with the trany or an ecu. if i get a si tranny and an 89-91 zc ecu and put that all together can i just put it in and thats that(besides replacing all the gaskets and stuff) or do i HAVE to replace other things like the stuff that you WOULD have to replace when swapping in a b series? or can i leave all the stock axels and stuff on my rex?

I would ALWAYS replace timing belt, water pump and timing belt tensioner. Along with both crank seals. THe Stock axels will fit the Si Trans. However if you have a HF or STD seriously consider doing the hubs and brakes off of a DX or Si, they are larger, but then you would need DX or Si Axels (they are the same).

Hah hah, could have told you that, I tried the DX for all of a week before I went and got and ran through 2 Si trans missions, got sick and tired of the tourque steer, Bought a ZC trans got 90-93 Integra Axels and have loved it ever since. But I am moving on to other things and putting my entire drivetrain up for sale, Bought a 1/2 cut Civic SiR for $1,895 with 98,000 Kilometers on it. (still has the Instrument cluster and even the key for the ignition.) cost me $60 for delivery.
