Hey. Im going for my oil change soon and I was wondering what oil to use? Synthetic or regular? Right now it has regular oil (Castrol), before the last oil change I was using Formula 1 synthetic oil.

So for this oil change should I use synthetic or stick with Castrol??? Whats better for this engine? (Inline 5cyl)

 

mobile 1 synthetic, 5W30 for winter (helps you start during the cold) and 10W30 if you live somewhere that wont get below 30 degree Farenheit

 

I wouldnt recommend if the motor is some what in bad shape, syn. oil do promote more oil leak, due the the property of the oil.
