Default Lubing up my sunroof?

OK, when me sunroof opens and closes, it skips and makes a helluva noise. What is some good grease I can use to make it slide better? Does this sound like my problem? Thanks people.

i just used vasaline Also, white Lithium grease works well, from what I hear. Don't forget to clean the tracks before you grease them.

Yup happens every winter. Just clean the tracks and add some grease or WD40.

Mine used to do that. All I did was cleaned the tracks and left them dry...didn't put anything on them. Seemed to have did the trick, no more skipping for the pass 2 years.

When I went to Acura to get my oil change (im lazy no flames), the put some green stuff on the rails for me and it slides like new again. I did not get a chance to ask them what they used but luckly they did not charge me
