Hey I need help with a problem. as you guys know i bent a few valves awhile back and we pulled the head to get everything fixed. well i get a call from the guy at the shop and he tells me that he thinks this head has been pulled before. i hightly doubt it since its low mileage and there was no sign of it before. the motor is a 2000. but he says its missing the oil control jet.. he said he called honda and they said its suppose to have it. BUT well he went ahead and put the head back on.

Could someone help me out here and correct me, but shouldnt the h22a4 have one. my vtec worked perfectly before.

while the head was off and the car was at the shop, could someone have swiped it from the motor? ive had a few problems with **** like that before. and what kind of problems could there be without it?

Please help me out guys.

The oil jets are in the block. But there is an oil control orifice in the head. It is located under the middle cam cap.


Its #10, with the o-ring #11
