Double on the specification of the tokico blue shocks because I'm pretty sure they weren't made to handle the spring rate of 460 lb/in (f) of the H&R racing springs. Also, make sure NOT to cut the bumpstops. I asked an H&R representative awhile back and they told me to not trim the bumpstops or else your ride quality would be truly the suxor. =P

Good luck!

I'm running the H&R Race springs with the Tokico Illuminas. Ride quality is firm, but comfortable. No bouncing at all. Setting 2 up front 3 in the rear(5-way adjustable).

hey guys I don't know what type of springs I have on my car because I bought it off my friend who didn't know as well. It's all black and it's definitely neuspeed. The front use to tuck somewhat (RS sedan) until I put my camber kit on so now it has no wheel gap in the front and barely any wheelgap in the rear. Can someone guess what type it is? I'm guessing it's Neuspeed Sport? I don't know so any help would be nice. Thanks!

I am running H&R Race Springs in my 94 GSR and that is the best looking drop I have ever seen. Right now, I have the stock struts, and you know the springs killed them so you know my car rideability sucks but I am going with the same struts I had on my first GSR, Tokico 5 way adjustable.

I personally love the drop on my GSR with neuspeed race springs. They are like the exact same to my knowledge. Definately go for them....

IMO H&R Race is simply amazing...the ride is very tight on my AGXs and the drop is comparable to the low drop on the coilovers(which sucked ***) I had on the car before...I never regret on switching to H&R low drop, tight ride...I was in heaven the day I got them on!
