Default Im about to order my exhaust setup from Accordinglydone.com..I Need Help

Well, I have a 95 JRSC @ 6 psi and I am repacling my ITR exhaust and cat. When I order my cat, is it necessary to have an 02 bung on it since im obd1. I am planning on ordering a carsound 2.5" cat, 2.5 " Mandrel bent SS piping, and an Es oval exhaust. Will I need a resonator? what size would be the best? I am looking for a low key exhaust that performs well and sounds nice.. I am not looking for teenage mutant fart can. Thoughts? Thanks guys

teenage mutant fart can?
that is an original one.
go with the biggest you can fit there, match it to your header output. resonator, cat and a magnaflow muffler (yes they also make 'fart cans'). weld an o2 bung if you need it when you get the piping.

Greddy evo had a nice low tone when I had it on, but i'm not sure how well it does performance wise. The mugen will give you a GREAT sound & performance but thats going to be a little more costly. you don't need a 3in. exhaust if your only running 6psi. you could probably go as low as 2.38 with out any HP loss. This is assuming your around 200WHP

Did someone say teenage mutant

I think a 2.5 exhuast would be perfect, what header are you running? If you have the Kamikazee or any other header with 2.5 collector the setup will be flawless. As far as resonator, well if you want to quiet it down a bit then go ahead and get one.

Since your Jackson, not turbo, I would go 2.5", and a Kamakazi header. Magnaflow is LOUD. I have it on a turbo car, and is still a bit loud. I am adding a 3" glasspack to act like a resonator.
ES oval with cat and a resonator shouldn't be too loud though. Take out cat or resonator and it will be loud. Like others said, premade, like Greddy, etc. with oval mufflers will have a quiet/deep sound and not loud.
