Dont have enough for a ViS? Isnt the JDMSHIT.COM one like $380? You can get a ViS for that much. But JDMshit.com is a good place, do a search for JDMshit.com and youll find a lot of happy customers.

Actually the opposite. Think about how often the name is thrown out there or used because people like it or hate it. And then with the people who hate it, and also like it, they want to see what it's all about so the visit the website or our shop and see what we really have available and have actual pictures of our cars on the site with the parts we sell. Regardless, if people still hate us or want to shop elsewhere, that's cool, but the name got your attention and was remembered easily .

In that case, it's a good idea. I was thinking in terms of professionalism, which doesn't really matter because you are dealing with mostly 18-25 year olds that are just buying car parts.

After replacing my hood with another stock one last week after wrecking my car, I have determined that a CF hood is a waste of money period. When I went to pick up the hood I picked it up w/ one hand by way of the latch... seriously, the OEM hood is NOT that heavy.

So therefore it is for looks only, and boy howdy does it look ghey w/o paint.

But then why buy a CF hood if it's going to be painted?

Exactly... pointless.

Sorry bud, but you don't share your opinion of how good it looks with everyone on HT. I for one think CF hoods look sick...sure you're not saving all that much weight, but you gotta think of the *bling* factor, if I dare to say so. We could argue for days on this topic, but it's been done before. There will always be people with CF hoods and people without...that's just the way it goes.

sorry bud, but I will share my opinion on a public message board as I please. Don't like it? Tough.

Since when is unpainted carbon fiber considered "bling".... come on, bling is 24" chrome wheels or bigger (I just saw 27's last night ).

They look nice and save weight. If you don't like how they look unpainted, good for you, don't buy one.

ummm my guess would be that most girls who aren't into cars and don't know what carbon fiber is probably thinks an unpainted hood looks ugly. That's just a guess, though.
