I have a code on my wifes 4 door lx auto for the auto lock solinoid. Any ideas what it is? I think it has something to do with the auto tranny because I have never heard of this before. ANy info would be appretiated.

it should be right u p at the top of the shift lever under the plastic! with ala that wire

 

what all does it do?? how much does a new one cost?

 

I belive that the autolock is the mechanism that basically puts the car in park.
