hey all,

I have this really annoying squeek and rattle coming from the maplight/visor area. I want to get in there to fix it, but i have to obviously take down or pull back the headliner. I'm guessing that I at least have to remove the front pillar trim panels, but anything else? do i just yank it down?

 

I dont know about your car but in the integras the rearview mirror is sometimes responsible for that noise, try removing the little cover for it and tighting it down.

thanks for the tip. i'll try that. it usually only happens when the climate changes. like if it's warm and then it's cold. usually not a problem if it's consitently cold. i'm sure there's some piece of plastic up there or something.

would be nice if i could eliminate one of the MANY squeeks and rattle in my car
