Default ES oval w/ ITR b-pipe....how loud?

Alright, here's my situation, I have a b18c1 w/ JDM DC 4-1, Carsound 2.5 cat, and an ITR cat-back. A friend of mine needs an axle-back for his car and offered to buy mine for a resonable price. So now I'm considering replacing it with a 2.25 ES oval muffler. How loud is this going to be with my set-up, because police are pretty strict in my area and I may have problems passing vehicle inspection if it is over a certain decible. If anyone has this set-up, your input will be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

That's kinda what I'm looking for. I like hearing Vtec every now and then, (I have Stock ITR airbox with ITR cat-back), but I still wanna be kinda low key while driving normal.

So you're running the following:

Header(2.5") => Cat(2.5") => ITR catback(2.25").

Why are you stepping down on exhaust diameters? If you spent all this money on your exhaust system, you should keep it constant or equal in diameter. In my opinion, you should sell your complete ITR catback and buy a 2.5" catback. It's obvious that you spend money on your car because you want it to look and perform at its best. A 2.5" exhaust may be a little large for the power you're making at this point, so get it tuned.
