96-98 CTR headlight Part # ASAP*****
Can anyone help me out and give me the part number for the 96-98 CTR headlight. I am paying for the headlights tommorow at the shop and want to make sure the ordered me the correct ones. The do have the honda and stanley stamp on them so I know they are real. But how can I make sure they are definitely for the 96-98 Hatch? I really need to know asap. TIA
im pretty sure they say stanley on them, they have no reflector, and they arent gunmetal, they are a dark chrome. the have city lights. thats all i can think of, sorry if im not much help.
are you driving your car up there to get them? Take an (8-10-12 mm wrench I can't remember) when you get there, take your headlight out (should take 2 minutes) and compare them... hell, they might let you set it into place on your car jsut to make sure... the only thing you want to make sure of is that they didn't get you the 99-00 style, because they are different... Actually, I could run outside and look at mine... is there a part number on the outside of the lens that you know of?
Nah I am not driving the car to pick them up since it is at the shop. I am just hoping they ordered the ones for the 96-98 hatch. The body shop was actually going to go pay for the lights and put them in with my CTR grille and lip today. They never called so I hope that everything went ok. The shop is a real problem so if they are the wrongs ones, I may get screwed into just keeping them and selling them. If you could get he part number off the front of the lights if there is any, or do you still have the boxes or pics. The ones that they got in for me are have a dark tint to the housing with lines across the front. They say honda and stanley, and do not have the little weird reflector thing on the corner of the lens like some I have seen. Hope you can help me out.
Thanks Again

here is the box that came with my headlights...
and here are the actual lights...
sorry the pics are kinda dark cause they were taken in my room in the middle of the night but like everyone said they say "stanley" on them as well as "honda".
also, there are no headlight reflectors on them and come with a hole for city lights.
just in case you need the part number for the city light socket...
hope that helps...

that is the SPW part#, not the Honda of Japan part#...there is a real significant difference in the way the headlights look between a 96-98 headlight and a 99-00 headlight. here are the pics of the two...
