6.5" speakers in doors of 93 civic hb ?
all i can say is good luck. Your going to most likely hack the crap out of your doors to get 6.5" 's to fit. I would go with 5.25" 's and do it right. It would be much easier.

stock 92-95 door speakers and rear speakers are aboth 5.25". If they were 6.5" from the factory then people wouldnt be asking if 6.5" can fit.

yeah. well, i have a 95 SI.. and i put some 6.5" pioneers in the front and it fits w/o having to cut anything.

[plug]I make 6.5" adaptor sections that take the place of the black plastic completely.[/plug]
SOME 6.5" speakers can fit in the stock black plastic if you cut the back out, but if you have any decent sized 6.5", it's more than likely not going to fit. I've yet to see a good component mid fit into the stock piece....a good fit anyway.

Like he said most of them come with a bracket or templet, because my MB Quarts did i put them in my 92 si hb. But Now i have to find a place for the tweeters.

I have my focal 6.5 in the doors and had to make a plate forthem to fit beacuse of the magent, just used 3/4'' wood to make them. put the tweets in the doors like how the eks have the tweets in the doors, kinda counter sunk. thats how imma do it

yeah that was the only thing I had to do to my front doors.
