just though i'd infrom everyone on what i saw tonghit on the US60 on the way home from work. well it's about 2:15 am and i'm on my way home, i enter the on ramp after leaving my job. as i enter i see 3 car travleing already on the expressway at a high rate of speed and the zoom past me. 2 of them are 2 beat up domestics ( a ford taurus and a pontiac sunbird), the other to my surprise is a 97 accord. i travel my usual route home and follow as these 2 domestics as theyplay dumb on the road (i.e. racing if you want to call i that). and i notice accord never passes, just kinda creeps up and holds his position behind them. i drive up to the accord, get next to him and notice....this isn't some casual driver...but in all actuality a under cover police officer, his weapon of chioce...a hand held radio. i just kinda hung back after i see this, traveling a lil over the speed limit but slower than them. this goes on for about 5 miles, after a while longer i see they are about to exit. and i exit along with them cause i had to see this for my own eyes if it went down the way i thought it would. after we exit we are lined up at a light with the 2 domestics in front and the accord beside me, when i see a actual police cruiser going in the opoosite direction and make a uturn and pul lin behind the accord. light turns green we pull off, for a few blocks everyone is cool 45 is the limit. the cruiser then cuts in behind me then in front of the accord, and on go the lights. the taurus is the only on that gets pulled over. another block follows, and then the sunbird by another cruiser.
i was in awe of what i had just seen...here is a cop inside an everyday accord with a radio, watchin these 2 ******** play on the highway. personaly i'm glad they got pulled over. but still surprised at how it went down. there gettign sneaky. sorry so long, but i just wanted to give everyone in Arizona here a heads up, watch out!

 

That same stuff is happening in Hawaii, cops are driving around undercover calling out people to race, then they pull 'em over. All that 'cause some fool in a prelude was speeding, hit a van and killed a woman.

 

dohc dx, i caught them after i came off the on ramp on stapley, and followed all the way to sossaman. they got off there and thats when i folllowed, and seen thes asses get pulled over. i usualy drop the clutch after sossaman and open her up sometimes too. just saying becarrefull thats all.....

 

hey piston...if they are asking or urging you guys on to race andthen pulling you over...thats entrapement. they cannot do that. they have to catch you in the act. if they arepulling uop next to you, revving or what ever, and thn pulling you over after the race or durring that is entrapement and shouln't hold up in court at all.

 

wouldn't you consider that entrapment

 

That's what I thought, it could just be that they follow racers then pull them over.

 

but if you witness that kinda action you could get them for ientrapment. i am pretty sure on this one. if you have a witness. especially if they are in an unmarked car

yup i just came here from hawaii like a year and a half ago to go to UTI and i shipped my crx up here and just a couple of months ago my brother calls me up and tells me not to bring my car home cause ill just be wasting my time with all the cops and **** its getting crazy undercover what the **** i thought that **** was for drug busts not racers i think its also because theres like alot of dumb asses.
