the corner light does not act as a blinker, unless u rewire it that way....the corner is the side marker/running light

the corner light DOES act as a blinker as well as the bumper light.

It used to be people would strip out accord relays just for this capability.

In all my memories I have never heard of a turn signal option....I call BS, but if you wire it a certain way it will stay on and only your bumper light will go on.....almost all of the 4th and 5th gens come with 2 corners and a bumper light only the outside of the corner lights will blink and alternate with the bumper, the other corner light serves more as a running light.

Now thats stock...and there is NO option for blinkers WTF and if you wire in a civic socket to your existing wiring your bumper bulb will be on when your parking lights are on and signal too....its a popular mod that some people have done...I choose not to.

Does it really matter if they blink or not? I think they look better not blinking, but to each their own. If it's a safety concern, then don't worry about it, because you can see the bumper signal from the side of the car.
