2004 front bumper on 2000-2003?
Yes, but it's really not worth it. You will have to blend into both front fenders and the hood to do it right.
What's wrong with the 00-03 style?

jason, i agree that the '00-'03 bumper looks better. i fell in love with it, and i don't like the '04 bumper much at all.
if you go to a really good paint shop though, you don't have to blend it. even less chance of needing to blend if you have black

You are thinking too hard. When I said blend, I was referring to blending in when painting. That's the only way you will get a good match on certain colors!

Not so. I work at a highly respected body shop and it's called "blending" when you overlap one panel to another. If you do you "blending" well, then you might say, it's a good match. In body shop land, blending is the word......

color matching body panels is VERY DIFFICULT.
only "real way" to match panels is to paint the whole car with the same mix. thats why you must blend it. ask any respectable body shop and they'll tell you.
and trust me, this ain't a civic forum.
