I am looking for ups and downs doing ls vtec. Is it good and reliable or not? A buddy of mine had said that doing type R pistons and a 4 to 1 header would be the best bang for the buck. So if anyone has any experience with any of these tell me whats up. Thanks Nick

seriously look into it i know i have seen atleast 50 posts asking the same thing and heard from people who say they make good power but like any motor with lotz of power they tend to wear out faster.
