In the DX you will need to add four wires to the harness. The VTEC solenoid, the knock sensor, the IAB solenoid and EVAP purge solenoid (the last one can be omitted but is required for smog control and they WILL check). I have heard that all 1992 civics were made in Canada and have the full wiring harness so you may be in luck but you will still need to add a wire for the EVAP.

The Helms manual details all of these systems in the Fuel and Emmisions section and has full wiring diagrams and pin outs for all the plugs including the ECU. If you don't have a Helms manual, get one. You shouldn't attempt a first time swap without one.

It also depends on wether you are getting an OBDI or OBDII GSR engine.

go to the honda hybrid website or c-speed racing.com (they have the 'how to' swap the b18c1 into the 5g civics). anyone of these sites will give you the pinouts that you need. you don't need a helms but they are good to have anyway. good luck.
