Cold=hard steering, shifting

Recently its been extremely cold up here (-20) anyways, its really hard to shift, I have to use a lot of force, and really hard to turn the steering wheel, is this normal for this kind of weather?

The tough shifting might be due to the tranismission fluid. Put some new Honda MTF in there and see how it does.

damn, and i thought 30 degrees here in Cali was "extremely cold"

change your tranny fluid. anyone know what temp honda MTF is good to? not that it ever gets that cold here in nor cal.
