Default 99 lx-ex swap, o2 problem

ok i swapped a 99 ex motor into a lx, swap went real easy. when i went to run the second o2 (wich is totaly different then a damn lx) i ran into some problems. its throwing this code, p0141 bank 1 sensor 2 heater circut. i tried hooking it up right and cleared codes. came back. i tried bypassing it. came back. The shitty thing is the sensor reads correctly, but still sends the code....

so basically, how do i get rid of this damn code, is there any way to either bypass the second o2, or is there something i am missing when i hooked it up?

Do you have a cat? I have heard that if you don't have the second O2 in the cat it will always throw a code.

it is the o2 made for that motor/car, like i said EVERYTHING from the ex was transfered to the lx. thats why i dont understand y its throwing this code, i tried a new o2, no luck, im going to try a new brain it seems that the wire thats supose to be grounded is giving power. so if that doesnt work, i dont know what to try next.
