oh heres the story. Chris Nediermire is the guy who built Angela Proudfoots car. He is the chief mechanic and also worked at New Again Auto in md. I had him do the h22 swap into my hatchback. WHile the car was at the shop he crashed it doing $2700 of damage. He claims it happened because of a "faulty brake line". When i came to the shop they said they would fix it. I called regularly trying to get it fixed but it never happened. Now the shop is out of buisness and Chris won't take responsibility. He is a known drag racer with a reputation to uphold. Is there anything i can do?

Its ok about the bad press because I heard her sponsors hate her. I heard she is a real B*TCH and is good for marketing. She is the prime example that you dont need to win to have a sponsorship, just have good marketing. girls so skinny she needs to have power steering. Somebody give her a happy meal for god's sake. IBTL.

No offense, but this is a tech board not a "get my issuses resolved" board. That is why we have lawyers to take all our money. And I agree with what you are doing, but it still probably still wont fly with the mods.

First of all Chris knows his how to build a fast car, and his reasons for leaving inline weren’t amicable but he made his choice, and it wasn’t because he was in any way incompetent, and for those who think that obviously don’t know him or what he is capable of doing. Angela isn’t bad just have to get to know her, shes quiet more then anything else. Talk to Chris and im sure he will resolve this issue, we all have an understanding on this board, and that is not to just vent and try to ruin a reputation unless there is no other option.

I firmly believe that Chris is one of the best techs in this area, with the exception of some others, but who else has managed to completely build a car to that level without the help of so many others. So unless your Earl, Tony or someone of that nature I suggest not bad mouthing him it never gets you anywhere, and we all know who has built a car to that degree on this board, not more then 5-10.

 

In all honesty, if he was working for the shop when this happened, then the shop is responsible for it. If the shop is gone, then i'm afraid you're screwed. He didn't make the money off of you, the shop did.

Good point. But i was under the impression that New Again was still around, there were really big, werent so great, the only thing that they had going was Chris.

 

Now we know why angela drives.... she avoids moving objects better . sorry bad joke. New again has been closed for a while, why are you starting to recoup loses now? Jason

 

You need to contact Chris and not post this kind of thing. If he was driving your car while at work at NewAgain than its NewAgain's problem.

i assume it was off company grounds, i dont know really what happend, but he can certainly go after the driver and/or company.
