Default Passenger window problems.

My passenger window keeps on falling off the two clips that hold it in place, the one's on the bottom of the window.

This already happened second time, first time I got it fixed but obviously didn't work out too good.

Should I go to the stealership, they will probably charge me an arm and leg and that seems like an easy fix, anyone else have this problem?

What kind of glue/substance should I use?

okay, if your **** is falling off the two clips at the bottom of the window, then that means the adhesive to the glass has failed do to trauma... aka ... forcing the window down... If that is the case, you need to clean the glass mating surface and re-bond with a strong substance... like your girls fixodent or whatever...

I find it hard to believe that both of thes bonds just gave out, are you sure it isn't a track on the window regulator?

ams mike: mine fell off the track for no reason at all a few weeks ago. real easy fix for me: remove interior crap, unbolt the 10mm bolt in bottom front corner of door holding the track to the door, move track forward, insert window, move track back, and bolt everything back up.

why the hell did this happen? i didn't even slam the door.

My passenger window just sticks in the track and falls out. There's a chunk missing from the actual rubber track so I need to replace that, but it happens for next to no reason at all.

Thanks "jwn7", I fixed my window early this morning. i removed the door and all the plastic coverings under, removed the TWO 10mm bolts holding the window to the power window slider mechanism. Shifted the window into the guides and its fixed. Took about 10min total. I found its common on civic's for this to happen. Guess thats what too much TQ will do. he he
