a 94 would be obd 1
u can tell by the plugs on the ecu, there is a post somewhere about this just not sure where do a search. i know that the enhanced obd2 (99 up) ecu's are slightly smaller in size overall here is the other post actually its just a few down from your new one https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=72496
