Toda B's equal a kinda rough idle. It can be smoothed a little with an apex vtec controller. Jun 3's idle like stock.

what does streetable mean? torque down low?

they idle like stock and are race cams. therefore they make most power above 7k.

if you are looking for a torquey streetable cam, use the itr or ctr.

i would even go as far as saying go with toda A's, more cam, and you can still use itr vavle train to 9100.

yeah streetable means more power at low end and midrange, the powerband u usually drive at...but for some people like me, i use the top end....u'll always hear my vtec after a light...but i dont' have an exhaust yet soo its alll about the AEM syndrome...

All high-lift long-duration cams have lopey idles - it's because they don't generate a lot of vacuum.

I have Spec B's and they idle fine once the motor is warmed up. It usually idles around 800-900 rpm.

B idle is music to the hears, III's are barley noticable.

Kinda like Clutch versus Backstreet Boys or 5 Times Down versus J-Low.

Spec C's are not a drop in mod - but yes they are streetable - but the idle will be lopey like the B's.

jun recommends 5800 i believe.

ive used from 5500 to 6500. i like around 5700 the best, as long as you have HIGH compression, otherwise, dont cross over until 6500-7000, not enough pressure to feel a big difference before then.

JUN 3's idle perfectly. YOu can't even tell the car has aftermarket cams in it.
Toda cams...thats a tough one. If you put them in and don't have a minimum V-AFC, your not going to idle well.... with Hondata youll idle pretty good, with V-AFC its pretty decent.

JUN 3's...and streetability....

I rate them a 7.
Toda B's for streetable..I rate them an 8.
Toda A's for street, I rate a 9.
Type-R cams I rate a 10. They are what every other street cam is compared to. Great mid range power to 8k.

You won't need JUN cams unless your rev to 9k. Cause out of all the cams listed, they will peak the latest.

JUN type 2 cams are actually some great cams. Great. And you can use them with stock Type-R valvetrain and ECU. Great cams. I rate them a 9+.

i change my mind like my draws (very often) i think the jun2's are what i am looking in the direction of for the simple reasons less tuning, nicer idle, nice power gains, very streetable

I change my mind more than most people too.

I think 1 product is good....then i look at some more comparable products...then i think product #1 that I thought was good...is not so good and just average...and so on and so forth.

It also took me a little bit to figure out how each cam performs in the mid range. This also changed my mind of what is good for certain things and what is bad.

All I can tell you is...the best cam for the street if probably not even in the top 5 for the drag strip.

It took me about a good 9 months of good study to learn about the cams for the B series motor from alot of different companies. And I am still open to change my mind if I learn something new...and I am looking for new things constantly.

get a screwdriver and adjust idle screw in TB...problem solved and your picture is back to normal.

Adjust screw IN..tighten it.
