Default kinda stupid question but i gotta ask

what are the o-rings for when you buy a coilover kit
i just got a new kit and it has a bag of like 30 o-rings
my last kit didn't have them and they worked fine

The o-rings go around the shock/strut to prevent them from banging together...my gc's came with the same thing.

yea the o-rings on ground controls are for kyb shocks
