Default to those with Ground Control Coilovers w/Aftermarket Shocks

I have Ground Control coilovers on my 00 civic si with stock blown shocks, I have brand new Tokico Illuminas for sale, but since everyone is flaking on buying them, I might put them on my car, wondering if I need any Adapters or whatnot to put the tokico illuminas on? or are they fine as is, also let me know to all those out there with GC/Illumina combo, how do they work out for you?, thanks

if you have all the parts, the install is fairly straight forward. illuminas and gc's make for a good setup

sell them on Ebay and get some Koni yellows....it will be a much better ride, however you will need adapters for the GC/Koni. If you keep your illuminia struts new you will get more money for them...so just wait until they sell.

thanks for the replies, the only reason i might keep them is because my stocks are blown and the tokicos are not selling(im selling them for $350 ) tokicos or not I am planning on getting Tein SS coilover system sometime in the near future and sell the tokico/gc's as a combo if i use them for now.

Tein SS is a marginal upgrade from that combo. Save up for some Tein RAs or Zeal B6s if you're that serious about making your handling better and want some JDM bling.

Yes exactly. Just because it is made by Tein doesnt mean it is better than your current setup. Tein RA excellent coilover, i wish i had the dough to throw out on those. Oh well some day.
