Default runner lengths of B16/ITR intake manifolds

first gen b16 and say 98 ITR intake manifolds, are the runner lengths differnt, how about plenum volume. since theyre technically the same design, what makes the itr so much better. and could modifying the b16 make it to the same specs as the R?

i "think" the itr has more plenum volume and slightly shorter runners...not sure 100% though..
