Default HONDA CHALLENGE rule gurus....

I'm building my lsvtec to H1 engine prep and came across a problem... In section 16.3-f and g state the rules dealing with intake manifolds and throttle bodies. I have P72 Gsr head and originally wanted to modify a Integra type R intake manifold to work, but realize that one coolant passage has to be reworked to fit (as well as redrilling which is allowed) and I wonder if this is outlawed due to the slight rearangemnet.

I'm confused because the rules allow redrilling for ftiment, but when else would you redrill/refit a manifold except for this exact swap? And if it is the GSR- ITR swap they mean...how can I get around the coolant passage? Please set me traight if you know for sure.

Also, since spoon parts are made from Honda, and they use OEM, is this legal for throttle bodies? I doubt it butt technically they are not modified from the factory....

Contact information is on the ECHC website. This really isnt the place for rules clarification - just because someone on here says you can do it, that may not be the absolute, or even correct word.
