I was thinking of getting something like this for my civic. I'm not to excited about the halo ring though. Do those come out easy?

I also wanted to paint the inside to match my car. That's something I've been wanting to do for years
Has anyone done that before I would like to see how it came out.

 

you aren't gonna really get a great response, those headlights are what people like to call rice... I'm sure they will pop out easily if that answers your question.

get some black housing ones, they look nice...

 

when the headlight is on you wont be able to see the halo.. or you can just simply not hook it up or paint over it.

I think the whole bmw halo's are played out.....but thats my opinion, I would just some oem headlights separate them and paint them gunmetal or black and put them back together, it will look really good, or you can get projection headlights...IMO the halos look like ***.

 

Yeah I don't dig the halo thing either. That's why I would want to take them out. But you know what I hate even worse it my stock headlights. Never liked them. So finaly someone made something decent that I can replace them with

Since my car is silver I think painting the inside silver will look pretty sweet. Started to see this on new production cars.

 

get the TYC 1pc's they do not have the halo in them

i've seen the one piece without the halo on ebay plenty of times
