Default what happened to this presure plate??

i recently got an ACT clutch, ACT pressure plate, and Fidanza flywheel of a friend out off his b16 that was in his 91 hatch w/ a cable tranny who is parting out his motor..

i know the clutch disc will not work on my b18c1 tranny cause the spindal is too small but the presure plate and flywheel would work, but there are some weird markings on the presure plate.. check it out..

what caused this?? is it still useable? i plan on buyin a clutch kit in march for my car but was hoping i could use this and save some money!

It looks worn...

my stock plate looked similar after 90k miles, but it was more orange than reddish like yours. How much did you pay for that?? or did your friend give it too you??
I would just buy a new one.

this is the best pic I could find of my old plate

that ring you see on the end of the "fingers "
is normal

as long as all the fingers look to be the same height, you should be just fine

that ring is from the throwout bearing hitting the pressure plate

all pressure plates will do this
