So i got rear ended lastnight but some fat **** driving a taxi cab. I was stopped at a light and he slammed me doin 45. He told the cop that he fell asleep. He pushed me into the intersection and then he pulled al the way to the right and hit 2 parked cars. My whole rear end is smashed, frame and all. I'm just a little sore in the neck but i wanted to know if when they total it i can get stuff out of it. Is the motor included in stuff that i can take?

Only if you buy the car back.

 

I think to get anything off of it you have to buy it back from the insurance company. If it was towed to a body shop or something though, you can probably just go pull stuff and no one will say a thing about it.
