will tokico blues(96-00) fit my ej1

A friend of mine is selling me his tokico blues and its on '99 si and i would like to know if it will fit my ej1. I have tokico springs and i will like to know like to know also will the ride improve kinda bouncy in the back. Im thinking of selling my springs for another brand i want my car lower more. Guys what do u recommend eibach,h&r, rsr or some one in h-t suggested progress. I drive my ride everday to work so im looking for comfort like stock. Last if i lower my car a tad for like 1.8-2" will the shocks take the beating

How low is your car and what brand of springs do u have.

No, they will not fit your car, the 96-00 Civics came with smaller bushings in the lower control arm. 92-95 Civic had a wider bushing which called for the bottom mounting fork to be wider. If his came with the 2 washers supplied from tokico per shock to mount it to HIS suspension, then they will fit your car because the washers act as a spacer to fit to his lower control arms.
