Default general F series swap question

I know this is a pretty broad question but I need some information on the F series swap into a 5G Civic. I'm getting more and more intersted in this swap, but can't seem to find very much information on them. I'd like to do a full bottom end build with rods, pistons, and sleeves. I have a built D16 right now and my brother put an h23 in his delsol so I have a good idea as to what im getting into. Just looking for some suggestions as to what f series motor would be the easiest swap to perform. Thanks for the input, sorry for the general question,
Matt

SOHC non-VTEC (90-93)
F22A1 = 125hp / 137ftlbtq
F22A4 = 130hp / 142ftlbtq
F22A6 = 140hp / 142ftlbtq

SOHC non-VTEC (94-97)
F22B2 = 130hp / 139ftlbtq

SOHC VTEC (94-97)
F22B1 - 145hp / 147ftlbtq

All have a 8.8:1 CR

Wouldn't an LS motor have a similar output rating and be easier to swap?

an Accord Type-R is a H22A? (can't think of the last number, like a 7 or 9, something like that) and I believe it came with 220hp

The F20B come from an Accord SIR if I remember correctly.

I'm also looking for information on this swap. I just recently totaled my 95 Accord EX and bought a 92 Civic CX. I was thinking of taking the F22B1 motor out of my Accord and putting it into my Civic but I can't really find any info on wiring and stuff like that. Is there a site that I might find some info on? I tried searching here but I don't think I'm using the right words cause I can't find anything.
