That's a sweet car. I'd imagine it's pretty quick. Im more interested in how reliable it is.

I could have sworn I've seen that car and the guy who built it b4 in another pic on the net. Not sure though

Thats pretty dumb.....ITS A DRAG CAR. How reliable can you make it? Its not like your going to be driving it from the store and back.

But honestly i think its a waste of time.

Check out the other pics. The huge firewall behind the driver will tell you how they did it.

The motor is in the rear. So it's basically a mid-engine Civic.

BTW, that RWD Coupe looks BAD A$$! More info!!!!!

i give them guys credit for being different. it seems like if you are a nobody and you do something different you get bashed on here. i know everyone has there own opinions and i know that the mid/rear engine civic isn't to everyones liking. but you gotta give him props for even posting the pics on here just to get everyones opinion. you have to realize its not that easy to just drop a motor in the rear of the car. anyways... i like the car. its not my personal style or what i would do , but definitly something different, especially for Hawaii.

I agree with this guy. But it runs low 10s on pretty much a stock H22, with a bolt on turbo kit, and a EMS. The same motor in a del sol hit 11s, and for years it was the quickest honda on the island. It would be alot quicker but he's having trouble with the front suspension. And you gotta give him props cuz he did it all by himself in his own garage. And for you guys that say it looks like ****, this is and old pic from early 2002 race season. Since then he's gotten new rims, and I think he lowered it a little.

I dont know, but I feel as if the car is made for FWD, keep it FWD. for both, even if 1 might look sweet

What's the difference? It's not like just because it's a drag car doesn't mean that reliability isn't completely an issue. I was just wondering if what they did to make it RWD is going to break every 5 seconds, or if it'll actually stay together for quite a few passes.

I remember someone talking about how that black car was the biggest POS ever?
Not trying to hate
Thought it was rigged together

There's no way that cars a POS considering the guy who built it is a Fab-Pimp. It went like 8.90's on a stock 2JZ-GTE (Supra) motor. Now it's running a Chevy 350 and killing unsuspecting "everythings" on the street.
