Ingalls Rear Camber Kit for my 5th Gen

I need pics and some installation help. also, it says to lubricate something, what do i lubricate, exactly, and what kinda of lubricant should i use?

also, how do i adjust it?

 

Anybody?

 

is it a two piece threaded bolt type kit...

I need Camber & Toe Adjustment though... Had the washer b4 the accident, but now my toe's all wacked out

if i remember right you are just going to replace your upper control arm in the rear completely with the new threaded kit. it will thread out for correcting camber and thread in for adding degrees. once installed you should go to an alignment shop and have them adjusted correctly though. good luck

Just keeps falling too. That and the needle on the thermometers. I feel your pain...but really can't feel much.
