want more and better steering response from my 5 lug ek hatch.... please help

i have a 98 ek hatch with the itr 5 lug ... i have stock itr springs ...si front sway 26mm and comptech rear sway 22mm.... my steering response is not the greatest compared to my gsr i use to have... what can i do ... suggestions...

yes but i would like to keep if possible ... what would be advantage to no having it
