Go buy nuespeed coilovers from there http://www.neuspeed.com website. I just bought a set for my 96 gsr and they ride great. They cost $749 with free shipping. Comes with 4 custom rate nuespeed race springs, 4 threaded Bilstien body shocks and 2 spanner wrenches.
I'm not sure what the spring rates are. The websites only says custom rate spring but they are neuspeed race springs. Call neuspeeds Tech line they can tell you. All I know is there very comfortable for daily driving.
My brother drives a 98 subby 2.5RS with JIC coilovers the spring rate on his are like 11kg front 9kg rear. His car will jar head running over a penny in the street. There stiffer than ****. I know the neuspeeds aren't close to the ride harshnest of the jic.
