i am trying to decide whether to go to both the oct 8 and oct 20-21 events. but if i go to the oct 20 one, only that day cuz i believe drag wars was rescheduled for oct 21 and i want to be there for that hehehehe anyways just curious if any of u R guys are planning on going to either events.

also, anyone has experience with speed trials? are they any good?

and finally, i noticed on the gingerman site nov 3-4 is customer appreciation weekend with open practice. does that mean we get to run for free if we show up??? or how much is it, maybe at least a good discount??? info please!?!?

ITRinEJ-Yeah i met u over at TopSpeed last time... But my hatch is the one with gunmetal rims in the front and white in the back... Too bad my car is in the shop right now and insurance is being a bitch, been a month already and it still hasnt been worked on yet... But if everything turns out right, it should be comming out different...

LOL. Ken you must be referring for that time I got pulled over after the meet in Deerfield. I got pulled over for not having a seat belt on. That was pretty shocking. Besides, I come from afamily of police officers so that helped out my situation.

jimmy - yea my clutch was going on me so i just decided to use this time to do every other lil thing i been wanting to fix up on my car lol, such as a lil weight reduction, more bolt on parts, u know the drill

 

Just as a side note guys; me being a former Gingerman driver (only track I have ever driven on up until now), I drove at Firebird International raceway in Phoenix today and I threw down. Taught a turbo Miata whats what.

Just wanted to say thanks for all the instructors that helped me at Gingerman, especially nsxtcjr!! Great advice Ken, I apprciate it a lot! I drive somewhat decently now
