hey i dont know how to put 9004 hid's into my 9006 sockets....some ppl say putty...other say something else...PLEASE HELP!!!....thank you!

umm you don't 
You either buy D2S bulbs retrofitted to fit 9006 headlights, or you retrofit in complete OEM HID projectors and D2S bulbs into your headlight housings (best solution).
trying to ghetto-rig some headlights that don't fit your housings =
