SUP GUYS! NEED HELP. A GSR CLUSTER IN A 90 SI? I HAVE EVERYTHING WORKING. ONLY PROBLEM SPEEDO IS NOT WORKING CUZ OF THE VSS. NEED HELP WIRERING VSS WITH THE CLUSTER.

HEARD SOMETHING ABOUT RUNNING THE SIGNAL WIRE FROM THE VSS TO THE CLUSTER. THEN SPLICING A WIRE AND RUNNNING IT TO THE ECU.

NEED HELP TO MAKE SURE THIS IS CORRECT.

IF ANYONE HAS DONE IT AND IS WORKING HOOK A BROTHER UP!!!!!!

on the sensor itself it needs a ground, power with key, and for the signal i ususally run a wire that goes from the ecu to the cluster with the vss signal tapped into it.

 

If you search this forum a guy just swapped in a 99 si cluster into his crx..he has wiring details..Check with him..

 

i saw the post about the 99 si cluster in a crx. I tried it the way he did it and its not working. maybe im doing it wrong that why i wanted to asks other people if they know and could explain it to me
