Default New Motor for my hatch..*picts*

This is my recent set-up.. if any of you doesnt have access to a engine lift...than
this way would work too..just takes a little longer...1st i put in the block..place it
on a jack..and mount it to the timing belt side..than the tranny bolts up than the head..i dont see to many ppl do this..but an engine lift is the best way ofcourse..

i'm happy that this is my 1st running.. build i did..so far it pulls like hell and runs really smooth..and on the plsu side it started right up after 1st crank..

the rest of the picts is here

thanks for looking..

Very nice looking engine, for doing your own work. No more cam gear cover though?

i just have my motors already put together, jack up the car really high with a 5 ton jack and the motor slides right under and the motors lines up 100 times easier.

clean job

the block is painted and the head was polish a little by me..
the intake manifold is a stock w. a slight port and polish..
i have an uncut valve cover that will go on when i have time..

thanks for all the comments..it was all worth it..doing it in winter weather sucks though..
