d2 racing sports coilovers

d2 racing sports coilovers
anyone using these? i have a few questions, can these be rebuilt in the US/Canada, i know they are 36 way adjustable dampening and the spring rates are like this
F/R 3.5, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 18, and 22
Details are as follows:
- Fully adjustable coilovers including:
- 36 way dampening adjustment
- height adjustment
- front camber plates
- pillow ball upper mounts
- custom spring rates
- 1 year warranty
and the price on the groupbuy is 875 canadian so its a steal for a true coilover setup but i just dont want to be screwed with a pos product
