Default WTB: good flowing sportbike muffler

im putting this here since i figure the classified board is more for car related stuff.

i am looking for a good flowing but relatively small sized (ive seem some of the monsters that find there way onto sportbikes) sportbike mufler.

BTW im not a bike person and this muffler is not going to be used on a bike. its for my car and i have specific reasons for this type of muffler (good flow but small enough to maintain decent ground clearance and still look cool)

do you think a better aftermarket sportbike muffler could flow enough for a 1.8L car engine (its not going on a honda - its going on my VW which scrapes its current muffler all the time - another VW enthusist mentioned using a vance & hines muffler on his car).

please dont flame me for this

Try a stock kawi slipon. Its just the muffler piece, has a titanium/stainless look, and is a straight through design. Aftermarket exhausts won't be worth the money since their design is going to be specific to a small four cyl, high revving design

Just remember, most bike mufflers are configured for 600-100cc applications, not 1600+. The piping diameter won't be the right size necessary for max performance for ur car.

i got one. a V&H Titanium muffler.

inside baffle is 1 7/8 which isn't too bad.

probably would flow better than the muffler i have now (dynomax super turbo 2.5")

if i recall the baffles are removable anyway?
