Default alarm problem...

hey guys i just bought a crimestopper CS-2013 FM remote start, keyless entry, and alarm system... i'm installing it myself but i have a small problem... the lock and unlock feature doesn't seem to work from the remote... the remote start and panic functions work just fine... it just doesn't seem to wanna lock or unlock... but i know it recognizes the locking feature from the main unit because when i reconnect the power, the locks close and the LED starts to flash automatically... here's the manual if anyone's interested in helping me out... http://crimestopper.com/techwe...t.pdf

THANKS!!

well i know the door lock wiring is correct cuz the main unit locks and unlocks the car automatically... but it doesn't want to lock from the remote... it only unlocks...
